Monthly Report on Anabolic Steroid Drug Testing for April 2026

Once a month, we publish an overview of mislabeled substances that were submitted as part of the anabolic steroid drug-checking program at the Drug Information Center (DIZ) in Zurich. These monthly reports are intended to help users better understand the actual composition of these products and realistically assess the associated health risks. Time and again, these reports reveal just how frequently products are mislabeled or contain unexpected dosages.

Note on interpreting the analysis results:

-The information on the images is based exclusively on individual samples examined at DIZ Zurich. These are snapshots whose results are not universally valid and cannot be applied to packaging and ampoules that look identical.

Products that look the same or are packaged identically may still contain different ingredients. Active ingredient content, composition, and impurities can vary greatly—even within the same sales batch.

Safety can only be guaranteed if an individually submitted sample is analyzed in a laboratory. We recommend that all consumers have their substances tested and seek advice if they are unsure.
