Monthly Report on Anabolic Steroid Drug Testing for March 2026

Once a month, we publish an overview of mislabeled substances that have been submitted to the Drug Information Center (DIZ) in Zurich as part of the Anabolic Drug Checking program. These monthly reports are intended to help users better understand the actual composition of the preparations and realistically assess the health risks. Time and again, these reports reveal the extent to which products can be mislabeled or contain unexpected doses.

Note on interpreting the analysis results:

-The information on the images is based exclusively on individual samples examined at DIZ Zurich. These are snapshots whose results are not universally valid and cannot be applied to packaging and ampoules that look identical.

Products that look the same or are packaged identically may still contain different ingredients. Active ingredient content, composition, and impurities can vary greatly—even within the same sales batch.

Safety can only be guaranteed if an individually submitted sample is analyzed in a laboratory. We recommend that all consumers have their substances tested and seek advice if they are unsure.
