- If synthetic cannabinoids are suspected
- To know how "strong" the cannabis product really is
- In case I am fundamentally suspicious about what exactly your purchased cannabis product is
- If a constant or precise dosage is important to me
- Quantitative determination of THC and CBD content
- Recognition of synthetic cannabinoids
- Information and advice on cannabis use
- Consultation appointments (without analysis) outside opening hours
- Advice for relatives
- No determination of Brix, fertilizer residues, herbicide, pesticide, fungicide, glass, hairspray, sand, etc.
Flower, hash, pollinate, extracts (such as oils, dab, dick extracts, e-liquids) and pure substances (such as pure CBD). Samples intended for medical use (e.g. oils containing CBD) are also accepted.
Cosmetics and "regular" food (tea, sweets, hemp beer, etc.) from the specialized trade are excluded. Exceptional cases, such as space cookies, where synthetic cannabinoids are suspected, can be analyzed qualitatively.
Cannabis flowers:
If small quantities are still present (at least 0.2 grams) and synthetic cannabinoids are suspected, a qualitative analysis for extenders is possible, but no quantification of THC/CBD.
For quantification of THC/CBD content, grind/grind 2-3 grams of the flower and submit 1 gram for analysis. Stems should also be included (for a realistic content determination as well as for the detection of possible synthetic cannabinoids). The samples must be dry, otherwise a realistic content determination is not possible and there is a risk of the sample becoming moldy.
Hash:
If small quantities are still present (at least 0.2 grams) and synthetic cannabinoids are suspected, a qualitative analysis for extenders is possible, but no quantification of THC/CBD.
For a quantification of the THC/CBD content, grind/grind 0.5 grams (if this is possible in terms of consistency). Optimal analysis is difficult with smaller sample quantities.
Oil/Dab/Liquid:
Different, smaller quantities are generally required for highly concentrated samples.
The analysis result can usually be viewed online on Friday of the following week from 14:00 onlinein person on site or by telephone on +41 44 415 76 40 (between 14:00 and 17:00). You will need the sample run number and the password you agreed on when you handed in the sample. If you no longer have this information, please call the above number.
