Züri Can – Registration for study participation

The City of Zurich Cannabis Study examines the effects of obtaining selected cannabis products from controlled cultivation under regulated conditions on the consumption and health of participants. Study participants have been able to obtain study cannabis from a pharmacy, a social club, or from us at the Drug Information Center (DIZ) since mid-August 2023. Study participants must choose a point of purchase and cannot change it after registration.

Study participants must meet the following admission criteria:

• ... must be of legal age and capable of sound judgment,
• ... must not be pregnant or breastfeeding,
• ... must have been consuming cannabis regularly for more than a year (active consumers),
• ... must be residents of the city of Zurich,
• ... may not work as a professional driver (bus, taxi, etc.)
• and must have a good command of German.
