Risk assessment
In this tablet, besides MDMA, little MDEA and an unknown synthetic impurity (approx. 0.2 mg) was detected. For this reason, the consumption of this tablet poses an additional, unknown health risk.
MDEA is a synthetic amphetamine derivative that is similar in chemical structure to MDMA. However, MDEA has a less "magical" effect and is rather more intoxicating than MDMA. The empathogenic effect is less pronounced and hallucinogenic states can occur at higher doses. The small amount of MDEA detected in this pill is hardly or not at all perceived in a possible consumption.
Synthetic impurities indicate improper manufacture. No reliable information is available on the risks, side effects, long-term effects and toxicity of synthetic impurities. The interaction potential of the impurities with MDMA is completely unknown.
More than 1.5 mg MDMA per kg body weight for men and 1.3 mg per kg body weight for women is too much (e.g. woman 60kg x 1.3 = max. 78mg MDMA). Side effects such as "jaw grinding", eye and nerve twitching, and even seizures can occur. In overdoses, the body temperature rises more and hallucinations may occur. On the following days, after taking such high doses of MDMA, depression, lack of concentration, sleep disorders and loss of appetite occur more frequently. Regular use of large amounts of MDMA is neurotoxic and increases the likelihood of irreparable brain damage.

Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking
Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analyzed, first test a maximum of one third of the pill, since very many high-dose pills are in circulation.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after taking the medication, as there are always pills with unexpected active ingredients in circulation, which can have a later onset of action.
Drinking
Remember: drink non-alcoholic and isotonic drinks (3 dl / hour) and take breaks in the fresh air from time to time to prevent overheating / dehydration.
Accept
Accept when the effect runs out, because "re-spiking" increases the toxicity (poisonousness) of MDMA.
