Morphine sold as psilocybin

This psilocybin extract sample purchased on Telegram does not contain psilocybin, but a mixture of morphine, paracetamol, caffeine and codeine. In addition, three active ingredients naturally occurring in morphine - thebaine, mecoin and papaverine - were detected.
Morphine is the strongest naturally occurring painkiller from the opiate group and is extracted from the milky sap of the opium poppy. Morphine has a depressant and sedative effect and therefore has a different action profile to psilocybin. In the event of a mix-up or, as in this case, a misdeclaration, there is a risk that the typical psilocybin effect (especially the hallucinogenic, stimulating and euphoric effects) will not set in and therefore a high dose of morphine will be taken too quickly!
Samples purchased via digital channels (Telegram, Instagram, etc.) are often misdeclared and contaminated; it is therefore essential to have them tested before consumption!
