This sample, declared as ketamine, contains the cathinone 4-MMC (mephedrone) instead of ketamine.
The effect of 4-MMC is mainly empathogenic (increasing empathy), entactogenic (intensifying emotions), stimulating, euphoric and aphrodisiac. In addition, 4-MMC is dosed significantly higher than ketamine. As ketamine has a completely different effect profile, it is possible that a large amount of 4-MMC is consumed, as no typical ketamine effect occurs.
False declarations are often made with powders, so have them tested if possible.
