MDPPP sold as 3-MMC

Risk assessment
One sample declared as 3-MMC did not contain 3-MMC but MDPPP (3',4'-methylenedioxy-α-pyrrolidinopropiophenone) and another substance that falls into the cathinone category (3,4-methyldioxy-α-methylaminohexanophenone).
MDPPP is a synthetic cathinone and has a similar chemical structure to α-PPP and MDPV. Little information is available on the risks, toxicity, side effects, and long-term effects of MDPPP. The effects of MDPPP are similar to those of MDPV and range from increased alertness and attention, color intensification, suppression of fatigue and hunger, to increased self-esteem and risk taking. Side effects may include dehydration (lack of fluid in the body), increase in blood pressure, suppression of bodily functions (hunger, thirst, and urination), nausea, paranoia, psychotic episodes (at high doses), strong craving (desire to indulge), constriction of blood vessels, cardiovascular problems, circulation problems (cold hands and feet), sexual dysfunction, depressive moods, and listlessness.
The main effects last up to 7 hours. The downshift is also described as very unpleasant and can tempt users to refill. Due to the lack of scientific research on MDPPP and the potentially neurotoxic effects of MDPPP, we do not recommend its use!
In the case of powders and crystalline samples, false declarations occur time and again; it is therefore also essential to have these tested before consumption!

Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking
Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.
Utensils
Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
