Risk assessment
This XTC tablet, declared as MDMA, contained mephedrone (4-MMC) in addition to MDMA.
Mephedrone / 4-MMC is a new psychoactive substance from the cathinone class. Its effects and side effects have hardly been researched so far. Subjective effects include stimulation, anxiety suppression, disinhibition, increased empathy and sociability, relaxation, increased libido and euphoria. The effect of mephedrone is basically described as similar to the effect of MDMA, but since it is an as yet unexplored substance, one takes an unknown risk when consuming it. Since the XTC tablet also contains MDMA, negative interactions between the substances cannot be ruled out and we advise against consumption. It can be assumed that the mixed consumption of these two substances increases the neurotoxic effects of MDMA as well as the risk of serotonin syndrome.

Analysis
Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking
Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analyzed, first test a maximum of one third of the pill, since very many high-dose pills are in circulation.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after taking the medication, as there are always pills with unexpected active ingredients in circulation, which can have a later onset of action.
Drinking
Remember: drink non-alcoholic and isotonic drinks (3 dl / hour) and take breaks in the fresh air from time to time to prevent overheating / dehydration.
Accept
Accept when the effect runs out, because "re-spiking" increases the toxicity (poisonousness) of MDMA.
