Risk assessment

This sample, declared as MDMA, contains 4-CMC (4-chloromethcathinone; clephedrone) instead of MDMA.

4-CMC belongs to the cathinone group and is structurally related to mephedrone (4-MMC). 4-CMC is described as having strong performance-enhancing and euphoric effects. Some users report severe headaches and kidney or liver pain in the days following use. In addition, it is reported that the substance can trigger a strong urge to re-dose, which increases the potential for addiction. 4-CMC is suspected of being highly neurotoxic. No information is available on other risks, side effects and long-term consequences of 4-CMC.

Due to the possible neurotoxic effect of 4-CMC we advise against consumption!

With powders and crystals, false declarations occur time and again; therefore, be sure to have these substances tested!

Testing

If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.

Wait and see

Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.

Utensils

Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
