Risk assessment

4-MEC belongs to the group of cathinones and is often sold as a mephedrone substitute. The effect of 4-MEC is described as much more unpleasant than mephedrone. In addition, 4-MEC often has a less euphoric effect than mephedrone. The stimulating effect is stronger than with mephedrone. With 4-MEC, the craving is very pronounced and the dependence potential is described as high.

3-MMC belongs to the group of cathinones and is closely related to mephedrone. Compared to mephedrone, the effect of 3-MMC is described as milder and less euphoric. Craving is very pronounced with 3-MMC and the dependence potential is significantly higher than with other empathogens such as MDMA or methylone. At high doses, there is a possibility of serotonin syndrome.

N-ethylhexedrone belongs to the cathinone group and is at least structurally related to mephedrone (4-MMC). The effect of N-ethylhexedrone is described as strongly stimulating, euphoric, promoting communication and aphrodisiac. With N-ethylhexedrone, the craving is very strong and the dependence potential is described as high.

There is hardly any information available on the risks, side effects, long-term effects and toxicity of 4-MEC, 3-MMC and N-ethylhexedrone. Consumption is strongly discouraged!

Ketamine is an anaesthetic (analgesic) and occurs in liquid form as a solution or as a white, crystalline powder. Ketamine is snorted, swallowed or injected (intramuscularly or intravenously). There may be a fragmentary dissolution of the environment and bodily sensation, thoughts may break off, feelings of weightlessness or floating may appear. Sensory perceptions and space-time sensations change. At higher doses, detachment from one's own body and/or ego dissolution or fusion with the environment may occur.

Caffeine makes you awake, speeds up the heartbeat, temporarily increases mental performance and has an appetite-suppressing effect. In higher doses, from 300 mg (approx. 8 cups of coffee), caffeine also produces euphoria.

Synthesis impurities indicate improper manufacture. No reliable information is available on the risks and side effects of impurities. For this reason, the consumption of impurities poses an additional, unknown health risk. The interaction potential of the individual impurities with the other substances contained is completely unknown.

The combination of these substances leads to a high level of physical stress and can lead to unknown interactions, which can trigger adverse health effects. Simultaneous consumption is strongly discouraged!

Analysis

Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking

Testing

If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.

Wait and see

Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.

Utensils

Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
