2-MMC sold as 3-MMC
Risk assessment
This sample declared as 3-MMC does not contain 3-MMC, but the new psychoactive substance 2-MMC.
Like 3-MMC, 2-MMC (2-methylmethcathinone) belongs to the cathinone group. No reliable information is available on the risks, toxicity, side effects and long-term consequences of 2-MMC. 2-MMC is often marketed on the Internet as a substitute for mephedrone (4-MMC) or 3-MMC. According to user reports, the effect of 2-MMC is more comparable to 2-FA or amphetamine (performance-enhancing and stimulating), which is why many users report an unexpected effect. This creates the risk of topping up and unintentionally consuming a high dose of 2-MMC. A false declaration, as in this case, further increases this risk.
Due to the lack of scientific studies on 2-MMC, we advise against consumption!
With powders and crystals, false declarations occur time and again; therefore, be sure to have these substances tested!

Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.
Utensils
Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
