This pill contains the psychedelic 2C-B. This active ingredient is typically also sold in the form of pills, which is why confusion with classic MDMA pills is possible. 2C-B is a phenetylamine derivative that is psychoactive even in small quantities. Apart from the drive-increasing and emotion-intensifying effect of 2C-B, the high is very different from MDMA: 2C-B is not empathogenic, but hallucinogenic even in small quantities. Doses of 15 mg or more are perceived as intense, and doses above 25 mg quickly lead to psychological overload, even in experienced users. Since 2C-B is difficult to dose (2 mg more or less already make a big difference), there is a risk of a bad trip and unpleasant physical effects.
