MDMA sold as mephedrone
Risk assessment
This powder declared as mephedrone (4-MMC) does not contain mephedrone, but MDMA.
Since mephedrone is dosed slightly higher than MDMA, there is a risk of inadvertently taking a high dose of MDMA if there is a mix-up or, as in this case, a misdeclaration!
Although MDMA has a similar effect to mephedrone, in comparison it has a stronger euphoric and empathy-enhancing effect and is less performance-enhancing. An overdose of MDMA can lead to jaw cramps, muscle tremors, nausea/nausea, increased blood pressure, palpitations, cardiac arrhythmia and headaches. On a psychological level, agitation and inner restlessness, physical agitation, anxiety and panic can occur.
False declarations also occur time and again with powders and crystalline samples; it is therefore essential to have these tested before consumption!

Analysis
Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking
Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.
Utensils
Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
