Risk assessment

This sample, declared as ketamine, contains only the prescription painkiller metamizole from the pyrazolone group (trade name NOVALGIN® or BERLOSIN®) instead of ketamine. Metamizole is approved exclusively for the treatment of severe pain. This includes acute pain after injury or surgery, pain from colic and tumor pain, and other pain when other measures are not appropriate. In addition, metamizole is approved for the treatment of high fever.

Metamizole does not induce any intoxicating effect. It is assumed that the metamizole was used exclusively to sell a white powder as ketamine. It is strongly discouraged from consumption!

Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking

Testing

If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.

Wait and see

Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.

Utensils

Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
