Tekashi 69 (MDMA + synthetic impurity)
Over 1.5 mg MDMA per kg body weight for men and 1.3 mg per kg body weight for women is too much (ex. woman 60 kg x 1.3 = max. 78 mg MDMA). Side effects such as jaw grinding, eye and muscle twitching, or seizures may occur. In overdoses, body temperature rises sharply and hallucinations may occur. On subsequent days, after taking such high doses of MDMA, increased depression, lack of concentration, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, and a feeling of strong listlessness occur. Regular use of large amounts of MDMA is neurotoxic and increases the likelihood of irreparable brain damage.
Further, at least one unknown synthetic impurity has been detected in this pill. For this reason, consuming this tablet poses an additional, unknown health risk. Impurities indicate improper manufacturing. No reliable information is available on the risks, side effects, long-term effects and toxicity of synthetic impurities. The interaction potential of the impurities with MDMA is completely unknown.
In addition, amphetamine and caffeine were detected in the pill. Both substances can slightly enhance the stimulant effect of MDMA, but they are present in low doses. In such low concentrations, the effects of amphetamine and caffeine are negligible.
Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analyzed, first test a maximum of one third of the pill, since very many high-dose pills are in circulation.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after taking the medication, as there are always pills with unexpected active ingredients in circulation, which can have a later onset of action.
Remember: drink non-alcoholic and isotonic drinks (3 dl / hour) and take breaks in the fresh air from time to time to prevent overheating / dehydration.
Accept when the effect runs out, because "re-spiking" increases the toxicity (poisonousness) of MDMA.
If you are in possession of a substance that does not appear on this page, this in no way means that it contains the expected ingredient or that it should be safe. The warnings we publish only refer to the substances listed in our Drug Checking offers, these substances pose a high risk of consumption and should not be consumed. A substance may have the same visual appearance (shape, size, colour, etc.) and yet have different ingredients or a different composition. There is no drug use without risk! Only a complete renunciation of drugs is risk-free! If you still decide to use drugs, you should at least follow the safer use rules.
