Mixture of amphetamine, caffeine and MDMA sold as mephedrone

Risk assessment
This powder, declared as mephedrone (4-MMC), does not contain mephedrone but a mixture of mainly amphetamine and caffeine. In addition, a small amount of MDMA (1.7%) was detected. The MDMA has hardly any influence on the effect when consuming this mixture in the present amount.
Since mephedrone is dosed higher than amphetamine and caffeine, there is a risk of unintentionally taking a high dose of amphetamine and caffeine when consuming this powder. In addition, the simultaneous intake of several pharmacologically active substances, due to possible interactions, represents another health risk. The combination of amphetamine and caffeine leads to increased stress on the cardiovascular system.
False declarations also occur time and again with powders and crystalline samples; it is therefore essential to have these tested before consumption!

Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.
Utensils
Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
