Cocaine with methamphetamine
Risk assessment
This sample, declared as cocaine and acquired in Geneva, contained in addition to cocaine , metamphetamine, paracetamol & caffeine.
Methampetamine belongs to the phenylethylamine group of substances and has a strong stimulating effect (psychostimulant). It increases the mental and physical drive in the human body. The substance has a stimulating effect and triggers a feeling of increased performance, an increase in self-esteem and an increase in body temperature.
The spectrum of action of methamphetamine is similar to that of cocaine. However, methamphetamine is effective at much lower doses and has a significantly longer duration of action. For this reason, the risk of overdose increases in the event of unintentional use. In addition, high doses of methamphetamine can lead to mental overload and severe exhaustion.
Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic drug from the group of non-opioid analgesics. Paracetamol does not cause any psychoactive effect even in high doses. An influence on the effect of cocaine is very unlikely.
Caffeine makes you awake, accelerates the heartbeat, temporarily increases mental performance and has an appetite-suppressing effect. In higher doses, from 300 mg (approx. 8 cups of coffee), caffeine also produces euphoria. However, at the present amount, caffeine is not expected to have any effect.
With powders and crystalline samples, dangerous false declarations occur time and again. It is therefore essential to have powders and crystalline samples tested before consumption!

Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.
Utensils
Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
