Methylphenidate sold as MDMA
Risk assessment
These micropellets sold as MDMA do not contain MDMA but methylphenidate.
Methylphenidate is mainly prescribed for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy. Taking methylphenidate increases the concentration of the nerve messengers dopamine, noradrenaline and serotonin in the brain, which leads to a stimulating, energising and drive-enhancing effect.
Since the spectrum of action of methylphenidate is relatively different from MDMA and the dosage is somewhat lower, there is a risk of refilling and overdosing. Higher doses of methylphenidate can lead to seizures, cardiac arrhythmias as well as headaches and confusion. In addition, very high doses can also trigger hallucinations.

Analysis
Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking
Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.
Utensils
Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
