XANAX
Risk assessment
This tablet, sold as alprazolam, did not contain the expected benzodiazepine alprazolam, but flualprazolam.
Flualprazolam is an alprazolam derivative and belongs to the group of benzodiazepines. Flualprazolam has never been used as a drug and has not been researched. Since flualprazolam is effective in lower doses than alprazolam, there is a risk of overdose if these substances are misdeclared.
According to user reports, flualprazolam is considered risky compared to other benzodiazepines: Flualprazolam is a very potent benzodiazepine, but the effect is often perceived by users as less intense than with other benzodiazepines. Therefore, there is a risk that the user will take an unintentionally high dose, which is dangerous to health.
Mixed use with other depressants and dissociatives (e.g. ketamine) can lead to unconsciousness and life-threatening respiratory depression.
Medicines bought on the internet are also often misdeclared; always have them tested before use!
Consumption is not advised!
