2C-B, amphetamine and caffeine sold as heroin
Risk assessment
A sample sold on Telegram as heroin contained the active ingredients 2C-B (64.1%), amphetamine (12.0%) and caffeine (4.8%) instead of heroin.
Since 2C-B is dosed much lower than heroin, especially in persons with heroin tolerance, the risk of overdose of 2C-B is very high in this sample. However, even a lower dose of these substances can lead to high psychological and physical stress due to the different spectrum of effects and can be harmful to health.
The effects of amphetamine and caffeine in combination with 2C-B increase the likelihood of getting into unpleasant thought loops.
With powders and crystalline samples, false declarations occur again and again; it is therefore essential to have these tested before consumption! Consumption is not recommended.
