This pill contains the psychedelic 2C-B. This active ingredient is typically also sold in the form of pills, which is why confusion with classic MDMA pills is possible. Due to the possible lack of effect with low-dosed pills, there is a risk of re-dosing and thus taking an unintentionally high amount of 2C-B.
In addition to 2C-B , at least one synthetic impurity and 2C-H were detected in this pill. Synthetic impurities indicate improper manufacture. No reliable information is available on the risks, side effects, long-term effects and toxicity of synthetic impurities. The interaction potential of the impurity with 2C-B is completely unknown. For this reason, the consumption of this pill poses an additional, unknown health risk. 2C-H is a precursor substance in 2C-B synthesis and is presumably broken down directly in the body without any psychoactive effects.
