Risk assessment

This pill, labeled as MDMA, contains an extremely high dose of MDMA as well as an unknown amount of the cathinone 4-CMC (4-chloromethcathinone).

Excessive doses of MDMA can lead to side effects such as jaw grinding, eye and muscle twitching or seizures. In the case of overdoses, the body temperature rises sharply and hallucinations can occur. On subsequent days, after taking such high doses of MDMA, depression, lack of concentration, sleep disorders, loss of appetite and a feeling of strong listlessness occur more frequently. Regular use of large quantities of MDMA is neurotoxic and increases the likelihood of irreparable brain damage.

Over 1.5 mg MDMA per kg body weight for men and 1.3 mg per kg body weight for women is too much (e.g. woman 60 kg x 1.3 = max. 78 mg MDMA and man 80 kg x 1.5 = max. 120 mg MDMA). Taking very high doses of MDMA also leads to a high concentration of serotonin in the brain. This increases the risk of life-threatening complications such as serotonin syndrome. With more than 200 mg of MDMA in a pill, even taking half of it can lead to an overdose.

Another health risk exists when substances such as 4-CMC or other cathinones are also present, the dosage of which is unknown. These also affect the serotonergic system and can further increase the risk of serotonin syndrome.

4-CMC belongs to the group of new psychoactive substances and is structurally related to mephedrone (4-MMC). 4-CMC is described as having a strong performance-enhancing and euphoric effect. Some users report severe headaches as well as kidney and liver pain on the days following consumption. It is also reported that the substance can trigger a strong urge to re-dose, which increases the potential for addiction. It is assumed that 4-CMC has a strong neurotoxic effect. No information is available on the risks, side effects and long-term consequences of 4-CMC. The interaction potential between 4-CMC and MDMA is completely unknown.

Due to the unknown dose of 4-CMC, the known neurotoxic properties of this substance and the potentially dangerous interactions with MDMA, the use of this pill is strongly discouraged.

Analysis

Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking

Testing

If you do not have the possibility to have substances analyzed, first test a maximum of one third of the pill, since very many high-dose pills are in circulation.

Wait and see

Wait 2 hours after taking the medication, as there are always pills with unexpected active ingredients in circulation, which can have a later onset of action.

Drinking

Remember: drink non-alcoholic and isotonic drinks (3 dl / hour) and take breaks in the fresh air from time to time to prevent overheating / dehydration.

Accept

Accept when the effect runs out, because "re-spiking" increases the toxicity (poisonousness) of MDMA.
