Rolex (MDMA with 4-CMC)

Risk assessment
A pill labeled as MDMA contained a mixture of MDMA, the cathinone 4-CMC, amphetamine, MDA and an unknown substance.
4-CMC belongs to the group of new psychoactive substances and is structurally related to 4-MMC (mephedrone). 4-CMC is described as highly stimulating and euphoric. Users often report severe headaches and kidney and liver pain in the days following consumption of 4-CMC. The substance triggers a strong urge to re-dose and is considered to be highly neurotoxic.
Even though the psychoactive ingredients of this pill are present in a comparatively low dosage, the combination of several stimulating substances can lead to unpredictable interactions and a strong strain on the heart or cardiovascular system. The unknown substance represents an additional incalculable risk.
No reliable information is available on the risks, side effects and long-term consequences of 4-CMC. Due to the complex mixture of substances, the neurotoxic properties of 4-CMC and the unknown interactions of the substances, consumption is strongly discouraged!
Pills are often misrepresented; it is therefore essential to have them tested before consumption

Analysis
Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking
Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analyzed, first test a maximum of one third of the pill, since very many high-dose pills are in circulation.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after taking the medication, as there are always pills with unexpected active ingredients in circulation, which can have a later onset of action.
Drinking
Remember: drink non-alcoholic and isotonic drinks (3 dl / hour) and take breaks in the fresh air from time to time to prevent overheating / dehydration.
Accept
Accept when the effect runs out, because "re-spiking" increases the toxicity (poisonousness) of MDMA.
