N,N-dimethylamino etonitazene sold as oxycodone

Risk assessment
This pill purchased in the Zurich area by a private individual and declared as oxycodone, with the logo OC80, does not contain oxycodone but N,N-dimethylamino etonitazene. The pill was packed in an original blister!
N,N-dimethylamino etonitazene is a derivative of etonitazene. Both belong to the benzimidazole opioid class and have similar chemical structures. The potency is estimated to be around 500-1000 times stronger than that of oxycodone.
Nitazene derivatives(etonitazene, metonitazene, isotonitazene, fluoronitazene, etc.) are synthetic opioids, which are modified versions (chemical derivatives) of nitazene. The use of nitrocene derivatives in clinical practice is highly regulated and restricted due to their high potential for abuse and severe side effects. These substances are mainly used in research and are not approved for general medical use in many countries. As nitazene derivatives have an extremely high potency (up to several hundred times stronger than oxycodone when taken orally, depending on the derivative), the risk of overdose is very high.
There is hardly any data available on the risks, toxicity, side effects and long-term consequences of nitazene derivatives. Nitazene derivatives are associated with several deaths! The mixed consumption of opioids with other depressant substances such as alcohol, benzodiazepines etc. can lead to dangerous interactions and an intensification of the effect. There is a risk of respiratory depression (including respiratory paralysis), a drop in blood pressure, coma and, in the worst case, death!
False declarations also occur time and again with illegally obtained medicines. It is therefore essential to have them analyzed in a drug check before consumption.
Consumption of these pills is strongly discouraged!

Analysis
Have your substance tested in a drug check if you bought it on the black market or on the internet. Counterfeit blisters may look identical to the original packaging.
Mixed use
Do not mix any depressant substances such as benzodiazepines, alcohol, GHB/GBL or opioids. Risk of unconsciousness or respiratory paralysis!
Dosage
Feel your way to the dosage and do not rely on dosage information from friends. Various factors such as habituation or dependence can contribute to a greatly increased dosage!
Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analyzed, first test a maximum of one third of the pill. Some counterfeit drugs contain a more potent substance than the original.
Wait and see
Wait at least 2 hours after taking the drug. With some drugs, the onset of the intoxicating effect is very slow or it is difficult to perceive.
