This pill contains a high dose of 2C-B. Dosages of 15mg or more are already considered intense for 2C-B, and dosages above 25mg can quickly lead to psychological overload, even for experienced users. Since 2C-B is difficult to dose (2mg more or less can make a big difference), there is a risk of a bad trip and unpleasant physical effects such as nausea, sweating, and dizziness. Some users report stomach and intestinal problems, and in isolated cases, mild allergic reactions may occur.
2C-B is a phenetylamine derivative that has a psychoactive effect even in small quantities. Apart from the drive-enhancing and emotion-intensifying effect of 2C-B, the high is very different from MDMA: 2C-B is not empathogenic, but hallucinogenic even in small quantities. 2C-B is also typically sold in the form of pills, which is why it can be confused with classic MDMA pills.
