Risk assessment

These as 2-CB sample did not contain 2-CB, but a mixture of ketamine, caffeine and 2-MMC.

This combination represents a problematic misrepresentation, as the substances contained differ significantly from the expected intoxicating effect of 2C-B, both in terms of their effect and dosage.

Ketamine has a dissociative effect and can lead to confusion and loss of control. 2-MMC is a little-researched cathinone with a stimulant effect that can lead to overstimulation and circulatory problems. Caffeine enhances the stimulant effect of 2-MMC, which can cause palpitations and restlessness. The combination of ketamine, caffeine and 2-MMC can lead to unpredictable interactions that are both physically and psychologically stressful.

A pink powdered mixture of different psychoactive substances is often sold as Tusi (Tucibi), see blog \ Tucibi, Tusi and Pink Cocaine: misdeclared pink powder! This is usually a mixture of ketamine and MDMA, which sometimes also contains caffeine or 2C-B. However, it is rather unusual for this sample to contain 2-MMC instead of MDMA.

In the case of powders and crystals, misdeclarations occur time and again; it is therefore essential to have these substances analyzed in a drug check.
