Risk assessment

This sample declared as amphetamine does not contain amphetamine, but 2C-B.

Amphetamine is a synthetically produced stimulant that belongs to the phenethylamine group of substances.

2C-B also belongs to the group of phenethylamines. In contrast to amphetamine, 2C-B has a psychedelic effect and differs significantly in terms of dosage. The nasal dose of 2C-B is significantly lower. The effect usually occurs more quickly and lasts a little longer. As 2C-B is dosed significantly lower, there is a considerable risk of overdose with threatening psychological and physical effects if consumed unintentionally. High doses of 2C-B can lead to palpitations, anxiety, panic and mental overload even in experienced users. This risk is increased in this case if the substance is consumed unintentionally and in high doses.

Powders and crystalline samples are often misdeclared and contaminated; it is therefore essential to have them tested at a drug checking service before consumption!
