Only amphetamine was detected in this substance declared as cocaine. In addition, caffeine and at least one unknown synthetic impurity were detected. Unknowingly consuming pure amphetamine carries a high risk of overdose, as pure amphetamine is effective even in small doses. There is also a risk that users will take more if the desired cocaine effect is not achieved.
