This substance sold on the darknet as cocaine is not cocaine, but heroin.
If cocaine and heroin are confused, the risk of overdose is extremely high, since heroin is effective at much lower doses than cocaine.
For a person without opioid tolerance, the consumption of a usual line of heroin (if he assumes that it is cocaine), can very quickly lead to a life-threatening overdose! An overdose of heroin threatens respiratory depression with fatal consequences.
Unexpected substances or synthesis by-products are repeatedly found in powders and crystalline samples; it is therefore essential to have these tested before consumption!
