Risk assessment

6-APB is a newer research chemical or a new psychoactive substance (NPS), it belongs to the group of bezofurans. 6-APB is structurally related to entactogens such as MDMA, MDA, 5-APB and 5-MAPB. 6-APB has been synthesised as a potential non-neurotoxic alternative to MDMA. Whether 6-APB really has a non-toxic (neuro- and cardiotoxicity) effect is not known and has not yet been scientifically investigated.

Since 6-APB is an upper substance and heroin is a downer substance, there is an additional unknown health risk when these substances are used together. This effect has an opposite effect and therefore the strain on the cardiovascular system is all the greater. Even low doses of the substance heroin can have fatal consequences for inexperienced users.

In addition, this sample contains caffeine and 6-acetylmorphine (metabolic product of heroin), which can lead to further unknown interactions with health side effects if this mixture is consumed. Caffeine may lead to an intensification of effects. In addition, there is a slightly increased risk of dehydration, as caffeine, like 6-APB, withdraws fluid from the body.

It is essential to avoid mixed use with other depressant substances such as alcohol, ketamine, other opioids or benzodiazepines, as these further increase the risk of respiratory depression.

Consumption of this mixture is strongly discouraged!

With research chemicals / new psychoactive substances (NPS) there are always false declarations, so be sure to have these substances tested!
