For a person without opioid tolerance, the consumption of a normal dose (assuming that it is average potency heroin) can very quickly lead to a life-threatening overdose! An overdose of heroin can lead to respiratory depression with fatal consequences. You can find important information on dealing with drug emergencies in general here.
In addition to heroin, small amounts of morphine and 3-monoacetylmorphine were detected. These substances are natural by-products or degradation products of heroin and their presence in analyzed samples is not uncommon.
In powders and crystalline samples, there are always strong fluctuations in content; it is therefore essential to have these tested before consumption!
