Risk assessment

In this substance declared as cocaine, a mixture of several psychoactive ingredients was detected, including heroin and ketamine. When heroin is consumed unknowingly, the risk of overdose is high, as pure heroin is already effective in small doses. The effect of cocaine occurs first and intensifies the euphoria triggered by heroin use. In return, heroin attenuates the anxiety states possible through cocaine use and puts the person using it into a feeling of indifference, serenity and light-heartedness. This carries the risk that users "top up" if the desired cocaine effect fails to materialise and significantly increases the risk of a life-threatening overdose. In addition, ketamine was detected in the mixture, which can trigger an additional unknown health risk in combination.

False declarations also occur time and again with powders and crystalline samples; it is therefore essential to have these tested before consumption!

Testing

If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.

Wait and see

Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.

Utensils

Always use your own sniffing utensils when applying powders nasally (sniffing) to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
