2-MMC sold as 3-MMC

A substance known as 3-MMC (3-methylmethcathinone) did not contain 3-MMC, but rather 2-MMC (2-methylmethcathinone).
2-MMC is a new psychoactive substance (NPS) and belongs to the cathinone group. 2-MMC is often marketed as a substitute for 4-MMC/3-MMC. According to user reports, the effects of 2-MMC can be compared to those of amphetamine (performance-enhancing and stimulating), which is why many users experience different effects than expected. In cases of mislabeling such as this, there is an increased risk that users will take additional doses and unintentionally consume a high dose of 2-MMC.
There is little information available about the effects, side effects, and long-term consequences of this substance. Consuming this substance therefore carries unknown risks. Regular use and high doses further increase the potential risks. If you still decide to use this substance, we strongly recommend that you follow the safer use guidelines.
