Methamphetamine and ketamine sold as 4-MMC

Risk assessment
This sample, sold as 4-MMC, did not contain 4-MMC, but methamphetamine and a small amount of ketamine.
If these substances are confused or misdeclared, the risk of overdose is extremely high, as methamphetamine (average/usual dosage: 10-25 mg) is snorted at a much lower dose than 4-MMC (average/usual dosage: 45-80 mg). The effect of methamphetamine also differs greatly from that of 4-MMC. Methamphetamine, especially in higher doses, has a strong stimulating and uplifting effect, whereas 4-MMC has a more euphoric effect. Ketamine has a dissociative effect and, in combination with stimulants, can lead to unpredictable interactions (e.g. circulatory problems, confusion, loss of control); in addition, methamphetamine is many times more effective than 4-MMC, which can lead to mental overload. Methamphetamine has a high dependency potential and doses of 140 mg or more can be fatal in an adult.
With powders and crystalline samples, false declarations occur again and again; it is therefore essential to have these tested before consumption!

Testing
If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.
Wait and see
Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.
Utensils
When snorting or injecting powders, always use your own equipment to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
