Risk assessment

This sample, sold as 3-MMC (3-methylmethcathinone), did not contain 3-MMC but methamphetamine.

If these substances are confused or misdeclared, the risk of overdosing is extremely high, as methamphetamine (average/usual dosage: 10-25 mg) is snorted at a much lower dose than 3-MMC (average/usual dosage: 40-60 mg). The effect of methamphetamine also differs greatly from that of 3-MMC. Methamphetamine, especially in higher doses, has a strong stimulating and uplifting effect, whereas 3-MMC has a more euphoric effect. In addition, methamphetamine is effective many times longer than 3-MMC, which can lead to mental overload. Doses of 140 mg or more of methamphetamine can be fatal in an adult.

With powders and crystalline samples, false declarations occur again and again; it is therefore essential to have these tested before consumption!

Testing

If you do not have the possibility to have substances analysed, always test a small amount to avoid overdoses.

Wait and see

Wait 2 hours after oral intake, as there are always powders / crystals in circulation with unexpected active ingredients, which can have a later onset of action.

Utensils

When snorting or injecting powders, always use your own equipment to avoid infecting yourself or others with diseases.
