This sample, declared as cocaine, contains the cathinone 4-MMC (mephedrone) instead of cocaine .
The effect of 4-MMC is mainly empathogenic (increasing empathy), entactogenic (intensifying emotions), stimulating, euphoric and aphrodisiac and, despite certain parallels, differs relatively strongly from the effect of cocaine. In addition, 4-MMC is dosed significantly higher than cocaine. If these substances are mixed up, there is still a risk of overdosing, as there is no typical cocaine effect and a high dose of 4-MMC is consumed unintentionally.
Little information is available on the effects, side effects and long-term consequences of 4-MMC. Consumption of this substance therefore harbors unknown risks. Regular use and high doses also increase the risk potential. If you nevertheless decide to use this substance, we strongly recommend that you adhere to the safer use messages.
