25B-NBOMe sold as LSD

This felt sold on the darknet as LSD does not contain LSD, but an extremely high dose of 25B-NBOMe (doses starting at 800 µg are described as very strong), a small dose of 2C-B, and at least three different synthetic impurities.
25B-NBOMe can cause peripheral vasoconstriction and has been linked to some deaths in Europe. Of particular concern is that the uptake and breakdown of this substance can vary greatly from person to person. NBOMe compounds belong to the group of phenethylamines. Typical for phenylethylamines is an increased perception of digestion and the intestine (gastrointestinal sensation) as well as a strongly sensitized sense of touch. Visual effects occur, but are less prominent than with LSD. According to user reports, 25x-NBOMe compounds have different effects from time to time, so the effect cannot be predicted. The 2C-B is most likely a synthesis by-product. In the present amount, no effect is to be expected and risky interactions can be ruled out. The presence of synthesis impurities indicates improper manufacturing. They represent an additional, unknown health risk.
Unlike LSD, felts containing NBOMe have a bitter taste. 25B-NBOMe has a more direct and faster effect when absorbed sublingually (under the tongue) through the mucous membranes. If the substance is taken orally (swallowed), there may be a weaker and/or delayed effect. As a result, there is a risk of post-dosing and unintentional overdosing. Due to the complex substance absorption, 25B-NBOMe should never be re-dosed. Due to the difficult handling and also because the substances are hardly researched, we advise against consumption!
