Risk assessment

This powder, declared as amphetamine, does not contain amphetamine, but rather 4-fluoroamphetamine (4-FA).

4-FA (4-fluoroamphetamine or 4-FMP) belongs to the phenethylamine group of substances and is pharmacologically related to amphetamine and methamphetamine. 4-FA has a stimulating, mildly euphoric effect and is one of the less researched new psychoactive substances.

4-FA has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system. In addition, serotonin is released, which has an emotional, entactogenic component. The effect is described as a mixture of the effects of amphetamine and MDMA , but less intense. It also has a performance-enhancing and mood-lifting to euphoric effect. Suppression of hunger, thirst, and fatigue, as well as nausea, has also been reported. Users experience clear thinking, reflect a lot, and have a strong urge to communicate.

Warning: the substance irritates the eyes, respiratory tract, skin, and mucous membranes and should therefore be swallowed. When snorted, the nasal mucous membranes become severely irritated and can continue to burn uncomfortably even after several days. Since 4-FA tends to be dosed higher than amphetamine, the risk of overdose is considered to be rather low in the case of this mislabeling.

With powders and crystalline samples, false declarations occur again and again; it is therefore essential to have these tested before consumption!
