4-AcO-MET and 4-HO-MET belong to the group of tryptamines and are structurally related.
According to user reports, the effects of 4-AcO-MET and 4-HO-MET are similar to those of the related psilocybin / psilocin (4-HO-DMT).
However, both substances are less well researched in relation to psilocybin/psilocin. We have no reliable data on risks, side effects and interactions.
