Risk assessment

This Adderall tablet obtained from the Intenet did not contain the expected amphetamine, but caffeine (5.8 mg) and ketamine (21.5 mg). Since no amphetamine-typical effect sets in after consumption of this tablet, there is a risk of post-dosing and unintentionally taking a high dose of ketamine. The effect of ketamine, due to its dissociative effect, can lead to an unpleasant effect, up to anxiety and panic, especially if the substance has been consumed unintentionally. The combination of stimulating (caffeine) and calming (ketamine) substances is generally perceived as unpleasant and can cause considerable harm to the body, especially in high doses. Since this tablet contains "only" 5.8 mg of caffeine, there is a low risk of risky interactions.

Analysis

Have your substances tested in a Drug Checking

Testing

If you do not have the possibility to have substances analyzed, first test a maximum of one third of the pill, since very many high-dose pills are in circulation.

Wait and see

Wait 2 hours after taking the medication, as there are always pills with unexpected active ingredients in circulation, which can have a later onset of action.

Drinking

Remember: drink non-alcoholic and isotonic drinks (3 dl / hour) and take breaks in the fresh air from time to time to prevent overheating / dehydration.

Accept

Accept when the effect runs out, because "re-spiking" increases the toxicity (poisonousness) of MDMA.
