Cocaine with 3,4 DMMC

Dimethylmethcathinone (3,4-DMMC) belongs to the group of cathinones and is often sold on the Internet as a legal new psychoactive substance (NPS). According to product descriptions, it should imitate the popular effect of 3-MMC and 4-MMC, but is perceived by many users* as hardly psychoactive and negative. Also the nasal consumption is perceived as painful and "toxic" according to user reports. The effect, except for the drive-enhancing component, is not comparable to the effect of cocaine or 4-MMC. It is likely that the 3,4-DMMC was added to the sample to roughly imitate a cocaine effect by cheap means. Because 3,4-DMMC is a new, unexplored psychoactive substance, the short- and long-term risks of 3,4-DMMC have not been researched. Completely unknown are the effects of mixed use with cocaine, levamisole, and procaine. It is strongly discouraged to use this substance.
